No extensions needed
Korean Lash Lifting
Lifts and shapes your own natural lashes. A lash tint and keratin treatment are included. The result depends on the length, density and condition of your natural lashes.
Lashes from another salon?
I generally don't refill sets done elsewhere. I'll first check the condition of your lashes:
- Refill possible: + CHF 30 on the regular infill price
- Otherwise: removal and a new set

Cash (CHF), TWINT, credit and debit cards. Paid right after your treatment.
Hi, I'm Krisztina
I'm the lash stylist behind Soie, a small and calm studio on Werdstrasse in Zürich. For me, lashes are about more than looks: the right set can make you feel confident and ready every single morning, without mascara or effort.
I trained at Berki Mia Academy in Budapest, where I completed a lash lifting workshop, and I keep learning, most recently at a VIP workshop with True Lashes. I work slowly and carefully, lash by lash, with premium products and UV technology, so your set looks beautiful and your natural lashes stay healthy.
Every client is different. Before your first set we take time for a free styling consultation, and together we choose the length, curl and style that suit your eyes and your everyday life, from soft and natural to full and dramatic.

Salon Policies
Cancellations & rescheduling+
- At least 24 hours ahead: cancel or reschedule free of charge.
- Less than 24 hours ahead: 50% of the treatment price, unless another client takes the slot.
- No-show: 100% of the treatment price.
These terms are also in the online booking system and are accepted when you confirm your appointment.
Arriving late+
If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened so the next client can start on time. The full price still applies.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may count as a no-show and 50% of the treatment price is charged.
Infills+
- Within 2 weeks: 2-week infill price.
- Between 2 and 4 weeks: 4-week infill price.
- After 4 weeks: new-set price.
In exceptional cases an infill after 4 weeks is possible if your set is still in very good condition. I decide this case by case.
5-day guarantee+
If you have any problem with your set within 5 days, I'll check it free of charge. Ideally send me a photo. Application faults are corrected for free. The guarantee doesn't cover damage from incorrect aftercare, external factors or pulling the extensions off.
Styling consultation & treatment times+
The free 15-minute consultation is required for all new clients. Please add the service “Styling – 15 Min” to your first booking. We look at your natural lashes and your wishes, and choose length, curl and style together.
Treatment times are approximate and can vary depending on your natural lashes and the chosen style.
Illness, colds & eye infections+
- Eye infection or contagious skin condition: please reschedule until you have fully recovered.
- Mild cold: please contact me before your appointment. You may be asked to wear a mask.
- Fever or a strong cough: please don't come in. Contact me and we'll find a new time.
If symptoms weren't mentioned in advance and I have to decline the treatment on arrival, 50% of the treatment price is charged.
Allergies & health+
In rare cases the products can cause allergic reactions or irritation, even if you've never had one before. Please tell me before your treatment about any known allergies, sensitivities or conditions around the eyes.
If you have a reaction, seek medical advice and let the studio know. Difficulty breathing or swelling in the throat needs emergency medical help right away.
Payment & refunds+
Payment is due right after your treatment, by cash (CHF), TWINT or card. Professionally completed treatments aren't refunded because of a change of mind. If you're unhappy with your result, please contact me as soon as possible so I can find a solution. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Companions, children & pets+
To keep the treatment calm, hygienic and safe, companions, children and pets aren't allowed in the treatment room.
